ALL DONATIONS must go through the Friends of the Byram Shubert Library Book & Media Sale Chairperson. To donate please call 203-570-8527. Materials will not be accepted at the Byram Shubert Library location.
Get out those summer reading lists and get ready to hit the beach with some great books, music, and movies! The Friends of Byram Shubert Library, a branch of Greenwich Library, will be holding its popular Book & Media Sale at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, next to 55 William Street West, on June 7—9, 2013.
This sale includes a guesstimated 20,000 books, videos, and audiobooks, including large personal libraries of cooking, art, science, Buddhism, and loads of CDs and DVDs! We also have an incredible amount of quality literature, children's and young adult books.
For the best selection, come to a special preview sale on Friday, June 7 from 5:30-8:30 pm. For $15, it’s well worth the entrance fee! On Saturday, June 8 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm the sale is open to all. On Sunday, June 9 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm will be the bargain hunter's delight "bag and box" sale ($3/bag (we provide), $7/box or 2 boxes/$10).
We will be accepting drop-off donations of books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, and artwork SATURDAY, June 1, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Paul's Church parking lot, 55 William Street West in Greenwich.
