Group Study Rooms
- Located on the 2nd floor near DVDs and Fiction
- Seats 6 people
- May be reserved one week in advance for up to 3 hours at a time
- Available during all Library hours
- Reserve by calling the Welcome Desk at 203-622-7920
- No food or drink permitted
Individual Study Rooms
- Located on the mezzanine above 1st floor non-fiction
- Must reserve in person at the Welcome Desk by leaving photo identification
- Available during all Library hours
- No food or drink permitted
Meeting Room
- Located on the 2nd floor
- Available for Greenwich residents and local organizations and businesses ($100 fee for businesses only) for up to 3 hours on weeknights between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm, and weekends when the Library is open
- Seats up to 50 people
- Food and drink are permitted, but patron is responsible for all clean up. No access to kitchen or sink
- Subject to Meeting Facilities policy requirements
- To reserve (at least two weeks in advance), first check availability on our online calendar, then submit a completed agreement by fax (203) 625-6558, mail, or in person at the Welcome Desk. Your reservation will be confirmed by phone or email

Cole Auditorium
- Located adjacent to the Baxter Courtyard
- Seats 368 people, foyer can hold up to 50 for check-in or reception
- Available weekdays: 8:30 a.m. — 9:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 5:30 p.m. — 9:30 p.m.; Sundays: 8:30 a.m. — 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 — 9:30 p.m.
- Non-profit organizations: $400 for four-hour rental, $75 per hour for any portion of additional hours
- All other organizations or individuals:
- $700 for four-hour rental, $150 per hour for any portion of additional hours
- A Certificate of Public Liability Insurance is required, naming the Library as additionally insured for the event specified herein
- No food or drink is allowed inside the Auditorium
- If more than 100 people are expected to attend during Library hours, the user is required to hire an off-duty police officer to monitor the parking lot
- Microphones and lectern are included in the rental. If the user plans to show a film or PowerPoint, an Authorized Technician must be hired by the user. Please contact the Public Relations Office for a contact list.
