Fees FAQs

The library patron is responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged items. We do not accept replacement copies.

All fees for lost or damaged items can be paid online through your account at the self-check kiosks at the Main Library. (Checks accepted at the Check Out Desk).

Fees paid to Greenwich Library are not tax-deductible donations that benefit Greenwich Library.

Please note that in order to control the quality and content of our collection, the Library does not accept replacement copies in lieu of payment for lost or damaged materials.
