Disability Rights Connecticut

Disability Rights Connecticut is a new nonprofit organization that picks up where the disbanded State of Connecticut’s Office of Protection & Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities left off. DRC offers a variety of programs that assist persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and brain injuries, as well as advocating for the use of assistive technology, voting and social security access, and vocational rehabilitation. Check out their homepage for more information about their mission.
