The Library is excited to introduce real-time chat, a new service on our website!
- What: Real-time chat will let you quickly and easily communicate with Library staff via instant messaging through our website.
- Where: This new live-chat feature will be available at the bottom of every page on the Library’s website.
- When: The service will be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
- Why: Library patrons can use the service for reference questions, research help, assistance with online resources, book recommendations and more without having to pick up the phone or send an email.
- How: Simply type your question into the Live Chat box to connect with a Reference or Children’s Librarian who will be standing by. Library staff looks forward to “chatting” with you soon!
